We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Our Policy

We offer full refunds on products that arrive defective, damaged, or otherwise unfit for use, within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. All eligible remedies under this policy are issued as refunds.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrived defective or stopped working as intended within 30 days of delivery, please email us at info@ideoskincare.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the product, if possible

You do not need to return the product. In most cases, we will issue a full refund without requiring a return shipment.

Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products for reasons of hygiene and product safety. This is standard practice across the skincare industry.

For unopened, unused products in original packaging, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. We will provide return instructions at that time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as "Final Sale," "Sample," or sold at promotional discount of 50% or greater are not eligible for refund except in cases of defect or damage.

Refund Form

All refunds under this policy are issued as cash refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit, gift cards, or exchanges in lieu of refunds.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@ideoskincare.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will issue a full refund.
