Can men use it too?

Does Skin Memory Serum work for the eye area?
Skin Memory Serum is formulated for facial skin, not the eye area. The skin around your eyes is thinner and more delicate than the rest of your face, with less oil production and a more sensitive barrier — which means it responds differently to active ingredients and is more prone to irritation.
We recommend keeping the serum away from your eye area; it may sting, and the formula isn't calibrated for that thinner tissue the way it is for the face. If product does get in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Good news: an eye-specific formula is in development for a future launch — so stay tuned.
Will my skin "get used to it" and stop responding over time?
No — and the reason comes down to what the serum is actually working against. Aging isn't a single event; it's an ongoing process where cellular metabolism gradually slows down, day after day. That decline doesn't pause once you start a skincare routine — it keeps working in the background, the same way it always has.
IDEO Skincare works by boosting that cellular metabolism back up, through the R·M·A Complex™'s effect on mitochondrial energy production. Because you're pushing against a continuous process rather than a one-time fix, there's no plateau where your skin "catches up" and stops needing the boost — the underlying pull toward slower metabolism doesn't go away just because you've been using the serum for a while.
Think of it as two forces moving in opposite directions: time steadily pulling cellular energy down, and consistent use of the serum pushing it back up. As long as you keep using it, you're working against that pull rather than getting used to it — which is also why results are described as compounding rather than leveling off.
That being said, there have never been long-term 10 year studies on that question, it would be unreasonably expensive - but many customers see the benefits accruing throughout years of use.
